Programs Offered:

• General Medical

  • This service can help you with everyday, non-emergency healthcare issues, including sinus problems, allergies, flu symptoms and much more. Skip the waiting room and the trip to the ER and instead schedule a phone or video visit with one of Teladoc's board-certified and licensed clinicians. During this appointment they will provide a diagnosis, treatment and prescribe medication if needed.

• Mental Health

  • Find support that works best for you. You can utilize digital content, or connect with a mental health coach, therapist, or psychiatrist. This service is available to adults (18+) and adolescents (13-17 years old).

• Diabetes Care

  • Diabetes Care helps make living with diabetes easier by providing you with a connected meter, unlimited strips and lancets, 24/7 real-time support for out-of-range readings, and expert coaching. This program is for members living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and it is available for adults and children.
